a) Low usage FileMaker Pro hosting £100 p/a

This is a very good value package for small organisations such a clubs, partnerships and individuals who use FileMaker Pro clients to access their central data perhaps from laptops or more than one location. The servers you will use and the performance you get will be the same as for our other packages. The only difference is the limits to connections etc listed below.

• 1 file (or two if one is an interface and the second data)
• Package limits: 120 MB maximum file size
• No more than two FMP connections at one time
• Full backup as described in 'Why us'

This package does NOT include IWP (See package b below if you need IWP)

b) Low usage with IWP £140 p/a

As a) but with IWP. This will enables small organisations such a clubs to have an IWP link on their website which they can design to allow members to update their details etc using a web browser and others to access the database directly with a copy of FileMaker Pro. The servers you will use and the performance you get will be the same as for our other packages. The only difference is the limits to connections etc listed below.

• 1 file (or 2 if one is an interface file and the second is it's data)
• Package limits: 120 MB maximum file size
• No more than two FMP connections at one time
• Maximum of 2 IWP sessions at any one time (when the system is first hosted we allow up to 4)
• Full backup as described in 'Why us'

Like all our packages this cannot be partially used and the spare capacity sold on to others without our agreement.

c) Standard package £15 per file per month †

This package should be fine for small businesses and for departments of larger organisations. You can use various methods to connect.

• Up to 20 simultaneous connections from FMP clients
• Up to 6 simultaneous connections with IWP
• PHP connections
• File size total up to 250 MB
• 2 files for the price of 1 if the second file is just data (separation model)
• Full backup as described in 'Why us'
• One overnight server script

Like all our packages this cannot be partially used and the spare capacity sold on to others without our agreement.

d) Full shared package £30 per month †

This allows more files and upload of the daily backup to an FTP site.

• Up to 30 simultaneous connections from FMP clients
• Up to 10 simultaneous connections with IWP
• PHP connections
• File size total up to 400 MB
• 5 files
• An allowance of 1 server script per file
• Simple HTML site hosting (for launching IWP or for PHP sites created using the FMP site assistant).
• Full backup as described in 'Why us'
• An overnight backup of your files sent by FTP to an FTP site you supply.

Like all our packages this cannot be partially used and the spare capacity sold on to others without our agreement.

We can also offer custom packages or provide you with your own dedicated FileMaker server.

If you are a full time FileMaker developer we now offer direct control of FileMaker server using the new facilities to share the server control panel that are a feature of FileMaker Server 11 Advanced.

† To keep your and our costs down our normal practice is to issue invoices for at least £90 + VAT so if this package is purchased on it's own we invoice three or six months at a time. If you cancel hosting and have paid in advance any whole months will be refunded.
